Managing your Team

How do you manage your Team?   How do you like your Manager to manage you and your Team?

Effective leaders focus on clear goals, directions and plans to execute.  Working with different personalities can be challenging and yet very rewarding when you understand how to channel the positive differences in the right direction.

There is a balance between micro-manage and full autonomy.   Setting the guidelines and structures to set up the rules of engagement while building accountability is the micro-side.   Asking for feedback and tracking results provides two-way communication.   Coach the Team to help achieve their goals.

Learning to Let Go allows the Team to grow, make mistakes and become successful by your Coaching provides a good balance for a successful Team.
